Shipping
PureJoy ships all over US for a flat domestic shipping rate of $5. Our goal is to ship the orders quickly within 24-48 hours. Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email with tracking number and estimated arrival date. Orders are shipped through USPS/UPS. At this time we ship orders only within US. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address entered by buyers. Once we ship the product USPS/UPS will be responsible of any lost, delayed or damaged packages. Please contact local postal service first before contacting us for any package that is marked delivered.
Returns Policy
For the Goods to be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that: Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchasing. Items must be unused, in their original condition & package. Items that are discounted or on sale cannot be returned. Items that are damaged in shipment from customer to us is buyers’ responsibility. If an item was received defective/damaged by customer, please let us know with 3 days of shipment received with proof of damage to be eligible for return. Please contact our customer service team at purejoyllcus@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items. Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchasing. There will be a 20% restocking fees for items that are returned. Upon receiving the item(s) for exchange, we will inspect them for compliance with our exchange policy. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them for compliance with our return policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
