Shipping policy

PureJoy ships all over US for a flat domestic shipping rate of $5. Our goal is to ship the orders quickly within 24-48 hours. Once your order is shipped you will receive an automated email with tracking number and estimated arrival date. Orders are shipped through USPS/UPS. At this time we ship orders only within US. 

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address entered by buyers. Once we ship the product USPS/UPS will be responsible of any lost, delayed or damaged packages. Please contact local postal service first before contacting us for any package that is marked delivered.
