Return & Exchanges


For the Goods to be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that:

  1. Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchasing 
  2. Items must be unused, in their original condition & package
  3. Items that are discounted or on sale cannot be returned
  4. Items that are damaged in shipment from customer to us is buyers’ responsibility
  5. If an item was received defective/damaged by customer, please let us know with 3 days of shipment received with proof of damage to be eligible for return
  6. There will be a 20% restocking fees for items that are returned

  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

Return Shipping:

  1. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

  2. Upon receiving the item(s) for exchange, we will inspect them for compliance with our exchange policy.

Refund Process:

  1. Upon  receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them for compliance with our return policy.
  2. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  3. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
