Return & Exchanges
Returns:
For the Goods to be eligible for a return/exchange, please make sure that:
- Goods can be returned within 14 days of purchasing
- Items must be unused, in their original condition & package
- Items that are discounted or on sale cannot be returned
- Items that are damaged in shipment from customer to us is buyers’ responsibility
- If an item was received defective/damaged by customer, please let us know with 3 days of shipment received with proof of damage to be eligible for return
- There will be a 20% restocking fees for items that are returned

- Once your request is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item(s) back.
Return Shipping:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective or damaged items.
Exchanges:
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchasing
- Upon receiving the item(s) for exchange, we will inspect them for compliance with our exchange policy.
Refund Process:
- Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them for compliance with our return policy.
- If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
